Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers Note: We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote areas). Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery date, provided:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Bench Pads and Accessories
  • Belts (weightlifting belts)
  • Balls (exercise/yoga balls)
  • Any opened or used equipment

Return Process

Exchange Process
